In my CADS 5770 class, I had the opportunity to use a 3D body scanner not only to be scanned but to scan another student in the class. I learned how to use the machine correctly to get the right outcome and was able to see the amazing impact that this tool could have in the apparel industry and how helpful it can be to designers.
